Began her professional journey as one of Bayan-Ölgii's respected English educators.

In 2015, she founded Discover Kazakh Nomads with a clear vision: to offer authentic, high-quality journeys based on honesty, respect, local knowledge, and real nomadic hospitality.

Under her leadership, the company has grown into a trusted eco-tourism operator supported by experienced guides, interpreters, drivers, cooks, horsemen, and local families.

Sunkhar Yerbolat began her tourism career as a tour guide, introducing international travelers to Mongolia's culture and traditions.

Today, she coordinates tours, manages daily travel operations, communicates with guests, and creates smooth travel experiences.

She studies Marketing Management in Warsaw, Poland, combining academic knowledge with practical tourism experience.
