REAL EAGLE HUNTING and ALTAI TAVAN BOGD TOUR

On January 5th, Fly from Ulaanbaator to Ulgii, drive from UlGII to Sagsai Village.

Fly to the central town of Bayan-Ulgii. After 2.5 hours of flight time, land in Ulgii. After meeting your local guide and driver, you will stop for lunch at a restaurant before continuing on to an Eagle-training Kazakh family to learn about their unusual lifestyle. We will drive two hours to the west to meet our host family.

I will arrange several hunters to come to the mountain and organize a competition of Eagle Hunting \ "Eagle Calling" - to evaluate how the eagles adapted their gear and "Shirga tartu" competition grading Eagles.

I want to bring hunters to the mountain to hold eagle hunting competitions, including "Eagle Calling" to assess eagle gear adaptations and "Shirga Tartu" to assess eagle training level, as well as Nomad Games, traditional horseback games in Kazakhstan. "Kokpar" Goat Pulling On Horseback

Overnight with the family prepping for the forthcoming three-day hunt. Evenings will be spent sitting around a table with the Eagle Hunter discussing the Golden Eagle, how to obtain Golden Eagles, and training methods, as well as witnessing the eagle hunter's family lifestyle.Accommodation will be a decorated Ger put up specifically for the guests (B-L-D).

Day 2: Go to the mountains to see eagle hunting and horseback riding.

You will mount horses (driving is an option if you do not have much horse riding expertise) and go to a nearby mountain to watch how Kazakhs hunt with eagles. In the Altai Mountains, we encounter golden eagles and begin our search for furry animals. Hunting animals can take several days. As a result, they use baits in their eagle hunting demonstrations. Continue the nomadic eagle hunter's journey of discovery, hear stories, and observe how the eagle is trained and managed.

For dinner, sheap will be slain for special guests and "Bes-barmakh" traditional delicates with dumplings and veggies.

More riding and hunting with the golden eagle. During your stay with the eagle hunter's family, you'll travel with him by car to the nearby mountains. Eagle hunters only hunt during the winter, when the gold-colored foxes and wolves are easily visible against the snow. The hunter uses his eagle to hunt small creatures including wolves, foxes, corsacs, and rabbits.You will observe how the golden eagle gets its prey and take numerous photographs of the activity. Our eagle hunter demonstrates some eagle training techniques, such as calling his eagle from a distance with his gloved hand. Plenty of opportunities to photograph the eagle and hunter. (B-L-D).

• After breakfast, we will go to Tavanbogd National Park, traveling through diverse wilderness views such as broad rock plains, green valleys, steep peaks of the Altai, and breathtaking wilderness terrain. Drive to Shiveet Khairkhan Sacred Mountain and stop to see the countless petroglyphs. Shiveet Mountain has strikingly gorgeous blue lakes, 4000 m high snow-capped mountains, a glacier, and numerous archeological sites. This mountain contains the most impressive Petroglyphs in the vicinity.Bayan-Ulgii's archeological relics reflect the Bronze Age civilization and Hun and Turkic invasions.

After breakfast, we facing to see the snow-capped Tavan Bogd Massif, Potanin Glacier is the largest of the twenty glaciers in Mongolian Altai.

Enjoy magnificent views of all peaks. The Potanin Glacier and surrounding attractions.

After lunch, we'll drive back to Ulgii. And on the way, we'll stop for lunch, followed by a city tour and dinner at a restaurant, where we'll watch a traditional concert while dining.

Day-6 Farewell, Olgii

After breakfast, you will drive to the local airport for your journey back to Ulaanbaatar.
