Fly from Ulaanbaatar to Ulgii City in Bayan-Ölgii province—approximately a 3-hour flight to the far west of Mongolia. Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by your English-speaking guide and driver. Start your day with breakfast at a local restaurant, then embark driving to Altai Mountains. White River Mongolia – Tsagaan Gol, meaning white river in Mongolian, is one of the most beautiful rivers in Mongolia. It flows through the Altai Tavan Bogd Mountains and is a popular destination for tourists. The river is known for its clear water and stunning scenery. This pristine river originates from the melting glaciers of the Altai Mountains, making it a remarkable destination for nature lovers, adventurers, and cultural enthusiasts alike

Explore the beauty of high Altai Mountains, Potanin Glacier After breakfast, we hike to base camp to see Five Saits of Altai and Potanin Glacier The Tavan Bogd Mountains are permanently snow-capped mountains. Towering mountains, beautiful glaciers, green valleys, crystal lakes, a distinct culture, eagle hunters, obstacles, and adventure. Altai Tavan Bogd National Park is undoubtedly one of Mongolia's top three tourist destinations. The Tavan Bogd Mountains are Mongolia's tallest peaks, with Khuiten Uul ('Cold Peak') reaching a height of 4374 meters (14,201 feet). Since 1956, when Mongolian climbers first explored the peak, approximately 700 people have climbed it. The Potanin Glacier, which spans 23 square kilometers, is surrounded by snow-covered mountains. The following peaks are: Nairamdal (4180 m), Olgii (4050 m), Malchin (herder), Bürged (eagle), and Nairamdal (4180 m). On a clear day, Kazakhstan can be seen 30 kilometers.
Enjoy magnificent views of all peaks. The Potanin Glacier and surrounding attractions

Embark on a scenic drive to the pristine Khoton, Khurgan, and Dayan Lakes. Along the way, visit and hike ancient deer stones, balbals, and Turkic stone men, offering a glimpse into Mongolia’s rich nomadic history. Lake offers a unique blend of natural beauty, outdoor adventure, and cultural immersion. Whether you’re seeking tranquility by the water, thrilling fishing experiences, or a deeper understanding of Mongolian nomadic life, this hidden gem in the Altai Mountains provides an unforgettable journey into one of Mongolia’s most pristine and remote regions. Your campsite lies just 3 km from the Chinese border, nestled beneath the snowcapped Altai Mountains. In the evening, visit a Kazakh nomadic family and learn about their traditional way of life.

Turgen Valley, Turgen Waterfall Today we trek full day to Baga Turgen waterfall. The Turgen Falls are located within the Altai mountain range, near to the Khurgan and Khoton Lakes. They are fed by the Turgen river which takes its source from glacial snowmelt, in the surrounding mountains. With the backdrop of high alpine pastures running into tree-fringed mountains, the setting is stunning. Once you have arrived here, there are some beautiful walks to be had first to the upper levels of the falls then further into the area. At 36 Metres they technically are, but they divided into two segments, one a 23 Meter drop and the other 13 meters.
Over these two days, you will experience the Eagle Festival and fully enjoy its unique traditions.
